The admin is Leif Pedersen, username bilbo.

Two background processes are allowed here, unless otherwise arranged with
an admin.  Tampering with system files or other user's files, probing or
otherwise harassing other systems, attempting to gain unauthorized access
or privileges on this or other systems, using excessive amounts of
bandwidth (more than 700MB a week), mass mailing, significantly degrading
server performance, allowing others to use your account, and illegal
activity are prohibited.  If you have knowledge of a security hole in this
system, you are required to report it to an admin.

An admin may view, modify, add, or remove any files or accounts on any
servers in the hobbiton.org domain at any time.  The admin may view or log
any data transferred on this server.  The admin may also grant these
priviliges to other people.  [I will usually respect your privacy if you
respect the terms of server, but that is NOT part of this agreement.]

The admin cannot be held responsible for any damage to users related to
use of this system or for damage caused by users of this system.  Each
user of this system is solely responsible for his/her own actions.  The
admin also cannot be held responsible for any loss of data stored on this
system.  Each user is responsible for keeping backups of their own data.  
There is no guarantee of service availability.

These terms may change without notice.  If they change and you do not
agree with the new terms, you are required to contact an admin.  Continued
usage implies agreement to the new terms.
